The loan program offers quick access to funds and underwriting flexibility not available from conventional banks. For this deal, Advest funded the land purchase and 100% of the construction costs. Advest is working with the builder’s projected timetable to ensure success. The homebuilder is experienced and has a track record of delivering high quality projects and is intimately familiar with this neighborhood. The finished home will sit on a 0.63 acre lot, include a finished basement, an open floor plan, and high end finishes throughout.
